Return Eligibility

  • Item is unused and in original packaging

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to our warehouse
  6. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refund processing time may vary by payment method
  • Store credit may be offered as an alternative to refund

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
